7.1. Use the Fixed move after the moves that fully constrain a part.
7.2. It will speed up simulation time.
7.3. It will make your models easier to understand.
7.4. It will prevent move errors.
7.5. If a parent part is Fixed, then all its children are automatically Fixed as well.
7.6. If child part is Fixed, this is ignored if its parent is moved (the child moves too.)
