13.1. Fixed should be used when parts location is set while Fixed Together when the relationship between parts is set (treated as one).
13.2. Fixed should be a target part Fixed Together can be object or target.
Fix Together move can also be used to make a set of parts into a rigid sub-asm. Which helps in improving the Analysis speed.
