This function merges all the points that are within a specified radial distance zone into one point.
1.Click on Geometry Merge Points. This brings up the Click Graph window dialog box. Select the point in the Graphics window to which all the other points will merge to. This brings up the merge points dialog box displaying the name of the base point.
2.Enter the radial distance in the distance box and press Enter on the keyboard or click on Search. A list of all the points that are within the specified radial distance are displayed in the Merging Pts box. Clicking on the merge button brings up a dialog box stating that all the merging points will be deleted. Clicking on OK will merge all the points or clicking on Cancel will exit the dialog box. When the merging is completed the graphic window displays the merge. All the specified points are now merged into one point.
3.Click on the Show button to see all the points listed in the Merge Points list.
4.Click on close to exit the Merge Points dialog box.
