Print Preview function  allows the user to preview the contents and layout of the active window before it is printed.

 

Procedure:        

•Activate the window you wish to Print Preview (Graph or Tree).

•Click on File Print Preview. This displays the Print Preview window.

•Select the Zoom In button to zoom closer or click the Print button to print the displayed pages.

•Click on Close to exit the window.
