Sets up the orientation and paper size for printing and defines the printer that the file will print to.

 

Procedure:        

•Click on File Print Setup. This displays the Print Setup dialog box.

•If printing to a different printer than the chosen default, select the desired printer. Choose the orientation and paper if it is different from what is displayed in the box.

•The Properties button covers the windows options for graphic and print quality.

•When all the parameters are defined, click on OK to accept.

•Click on Cancel to exit the function.
