For more support regarding modeling and software, the user can access documentation and customer support using the 3DCS Help Menu.

 

For General Questions and Software Usability Support:

Please visit the DCS Community and post your questions in the forums. The Community also has access to FAQs, webinars, white papers and more.

For Software Installation, Licensing, Problems and Enhancement Requests:

If you're already have a DCS HelpDesk account, submit a new request at

http://helpdesk.3dcs.com

If you do not have a HelpDesk account, go to

Request Technical Support

and fill out the Support Request Form. A Support Representative will contact you shortly after submission.

 

To keep up to date how the software works:

DCS offers a few ways to keep up with using the software. Reviewing the tutorials or rereading some of information from the tutorial's pages, can get you back into using elements of 3DCS.

You can also register for the Training Lab. The Training Lab has a great number of models that requires different functions to build a model. Register at 3DCS Training Lab.
