Datum Feature Symbol
To create the datum feature select the 
Datum Feature Symbol icon from the Annotation section.
This will open an empty Datum Tag which, on selecting the surface from the part, will accumulate a datum tag name.
After placing the Datum Tag the additional options for further editing will open which can be edited if needed.
