This function is used to import the move, tolerance and measurement information from a file.

 

Procedure:

•Click on File MTM File. This will bring up the Import MTM dialog box, listing all .mtm files available.

•Select the suitable file and click Open to import the move, tolerance and measurement information.

•A part or an assembly with the same name as the imported part should exist in the new model. This function will then add/replace the moves, tolerances and measurements in that part or assembly.

•If a part or assembly with the same name does not exist, this function will not do anything.
