The File Menu gives the user access to creating New NX files, such as Assemblies or Model files, also known as part (.prt) files, as well as Opening Existing files. After selecting New..., the user can select on either a new Assembly or new Model. From there, the user can specify whether the part is created in Inches or Millimeters; give the new file a name and also where to create the new file.
