This function rotates the view of the Graphics window.
Procedure:
•Click on View 
Set View Dynamic View 
Rotate or Click on the Rotate icon .
| or click the right mouse button and select Rotate in the graph window |
•In the graph window, click and hold the left mouse button and then move the mouse.
Notes:
•This function does not manipulate the part's coordinate system. This is for viewing purposes only. To modify the part or assembly coordinate system use the Translate/Rotate function.
•While in Rotate mode, the user can switch into 
Pan by holding the SHIFT key, and switch into 
Zoom In/Out by holding the CTRL key.
