a. MaxTCyl - Maximum Tapered Cylinder. This method creates the smallest circle, about the derived axis, that contains every point at one end of the cylinder and the smallest circle that contains every point at the other end of the other end of the cylinder. Points in the middle are ignored.
b. MinCyl - Minimum Cylinder. This method creates the largest circle, about the derived axis, at one end of the cylinder that every point on the surface is outside of and the largest circle at the other end of the cylinder that every point on the surface is outside of. Points in the middle are ignored.
