1. The two rails, Base and Upper, sagged due to gravity and deformed due to an offset fixture pad.
2. Permanent distortion was obtained by joining the two deformed parts, thus combining their stiffness matrices into one.
3. Spring back that occurred after releasing the parts did not bring them to their initial shape due to the transformations listed above. A permanent deformation remains.
4. Deformation and residual stress are different for joining in sequence than simultaneously.
This completes the CMRailAsm which is a subset of the CMRailTraining. If necessary save the model and close it.
