Performs all of the active Moves in one step.  If the parts have been deviated using the Deviation Control, Deviate, or Sweep functions, Assemble will build the parts without setting the points back to nominal.  (Using the Nominal Build function will place all DCS Points for each part in the nominal position, then assemble the parts.)
