UnLockDOF

The purpose of the DVTI_UnPositioningMove UnLockDOF move is to release the previously positioned points, simulating the effect of taking the part off the pin, or unclamping it, so the spring-back or shift can be observed.

Process

Select the UnLockDOF Move Icon DVTI_UnPositioningMove and choose the location for the UnLockDOF Move. This move must be at a product level, at least one level above the part, after the Load FEA move.

Add or Remove object/target points using the Click To Add option.

Use the Show: Features button to display the points on the screen.
