The Point on Plane Joint locates a point to a plane, controlling one DoF (one translation). The object point in this assembly can slide in any direction on the target plane and can rotate about all three directions while maintaining contact with that plane. Examples of a Point on Plane joint are a hard stop on a surface or a pin in a shallow slot.
