The Radial Profile tolerance may be applied to any straight feature of size, with a common axis and circular cross sections: hole, pin, shaft, etc.

Within the dialog box, add points on the surface of the feature to be deviated. Select the axis or "center" of the object. Define the range and vector of deviation. The range applies to the radius, not to the diameter.
NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, center axis passes through (0, 0, 0).
