3DCS saves many of the user defined settings each time the program is exited.  The configuration settings are saved in the user's directory: C:\users\"User Name"\App Data\DCS\DCS_Creo.  The configuration file name is *.cfg.

Other Configurations files are found here, such as the Advanced Analyzer & Optimizer, GeoFactor, and Compliant Modeler. After editing or adding an Alias Display file (Edit Abbreviation Text file) the file should also be saved to the Config folder.
