Measure Type: Point-Point
Geometry Requirement: 2 points
Direction Mode: True Distance, Projected on Vector, Projected on Plane
Direction: (Projected on Vector, Projected on Plane)
Direction Mode: True Distance:The measurement calculates the true distance between the two points. The measurement cannot be negative. No direction vector applies. This mode may produce incorrect Contributor Analysis or GeoFactor Equation-Based results, see Analysis Comparison & Assumptions.
Direction Mode: Projected on Vector:The measurement calculates the component of the true distance in the direction specified. The measurement will be positive if the component of the vector from the first point to the second point is in the same direction as the direction vector.
Direction Mode: Projected on Plane:The measurement calculates the true distance as it is viewed from the direction specified. The measurement cannot be negative. This mode may produce incorrect Contributor Analysis or GeoFactor Equation-Based results, see Analysis Comparison & Assumptions.
