The Validation function checks for errors in the Moves, Measures, and Tolerances in the assembly tree. The Validation function can be used Pre-Analysis Validation; before running the Monte Carlo analysis Contributor Analysis, or Post-Analysis Validation checks for errors that occurred when the Monte Carlo analysis or Contributor Analysis were performed. After 3DCS performs either Before or After Analysis Validation, the result is saved in a temporary file (DCSModel.txt for Pre-Analysis and DCS_run.txt for Post-Analysis) and displayed in a dialog. By double clicking on a feature in the list, you can quickly edit to the Move, Tolerance or Measurement to resolve the issue.
