Create Measures in NX under the Analysis tab and using the Simple Distance Measure or PMI.
Use the Simple Distance Measure to create Feature Distance Measure in 3DCS. Create a

Procedure:
1.Switch to the Analysis tab and click
Simple Distance Measure.
2.[Select Object] or objects between which a measure is desired.
3.Expand the Measures dialog by clicking the black arrow just above the Apply button.
4.To have the measure saved in the tree for future modifications, click the check box for associative under the Settings Tab.
5.Press [OK].
6.The finished measures can be found under the 
Part Navigator tree.
7.To extract the measures to 3DCS, navigate to the 3DCS tab, next to
Update Model under 
Extract GD&T, click
Extract Measures.
8.In the Extract Measures dialog, the user can extract measures from the Assembly, Part, or both. Select the Part or Root to extract measures from and the 3DCS Model Navigator Tree will populate with measures.
